HPI: A 54-year-old man with history of rectal cancer is sent to the ED from his outpatient chemotherapy clinic for chest pain. He states he woke up this morning with chest pressure that was associated with nausea and diaphoresis. His symptoms recurred today while receiving an infusion of 5-fluorouracil (day 3 of treatment).
