HPI: A 50-year-old woman is found unconscious by a family member this morning. She was last known normal yesterday afternoon. On arrival to the ED she is minimally responsive and only moaning to pain. Her vital signs are; BP: 110/60, HR: 115, RR: 8, SpO2: 95%, afebrile, with a finger stick glucose of 110. Her exam is otherwise non-diagnostic. The following ECG is obtained:
