HPI: A 72-year-old female presents to the ED with chest pain and lightheadedness. The following ECG is obtained:

This week we continue our AV Block bootcamp with more cases to review what you have hopefully learned in the last few weeks! Make sure you have already reviewed the case from August 24th  and written summary for a thorough review of what we covered! Now, look closely at this ECG and ask yourself these questions:

  1. What is the rhythm?
  2. What type of AV blocks require permanent pacemaker placement?
  3. What is your diagnosis and recommended treatment?
