Amal Mattu’s ECG Case of the Week – March 1, 2021

HPI:  A 66-year-old man is transferred to the ED from an urgent care where he presented for shortness of breath and was diagnosed with heart failure. He was recently discharged s/p PCI for anterior MI 2 days ago. He is placed on the monitor, and the following rhythm strips were obtained:
