HPI:  A 55-year-old woman presents to the ED with mild to moderate COVID pneumonia. She reportedly had a syncopal episode while on a bed pan. The following rhythm strip was obtained around the time of the episode:

  1. What is the most likely underlying rhythm?
  2. The patient is found to be stable on reassessment, how would you manage this?
