All refunds must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date. After receiving your refund request please allow us 2 business days to review the request. Refunds will take 5-10 business days after we process them to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please note we do not allow a refund on CME purchases after CME has been claimed, or after 8 days have elapsed after the purchase.
