Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase.  We hope you are happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Refunds

All refunds must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date.  After receiving your refund request please allow us 2 business days to review the request.  Refunds will take 5-10 business days after we process them to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

Please note we do not allow a refund on CME purchases after CME has been claimed, or after 8 days have elapsed after the purchase.

Please note:

• Refunds will be charged a $1.00 – 2.00 fee plus the credit card processing fee charged by our credit card server.  As such, this will be the fee for a refund:
  • $35.00 ECGWeekly Essentials Account – the refund fee is $3.50
  • $60.00 ECG Weekly Plus Account – the refund fee is $5.00
  • $100.00 ECGWeekly Max Account – the refund fee is $9.00
