Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with ECG Weekly. If it isn't the right fit, changing your mind should be easy — not a negotiation. Here is exactly how refunds work, in two parts: the first 10 days after any charge, and everything after that.

10 days

to request a full refund, on new purchases and renewals

$0

no processing fees, ever

Instant

self-serve, no waiting on a review in most cases

The simple version

Request a refund within 10 days of your charge and, as long as you've only had a light look around, we refund you in full — with no fee. You can do it yourself from your account in a couple of clicks; you don't need to email anyone or explain yourself.

After 10 days, we refund the time you haven't used yet. That's also self-serve and instant — details just below.

After 10 days: your unused time

Once the 10-day window has passed, a refund covers the days still ahead of you, not the days behind you. Your membership was live the whole time, and we sent you notice before the charge, so time that has already gone by isn't refunded — but the time that hasn't is yours, and you shouldn't need to ask a person for it.

Refund = what you paid × days remaining ÷ days in your paid term

Example: you paid $99 for the year and ask with 58 days left. 58 ÷ 365 of $99 is $16, rounded up to the whole dollar. No fee, same as always.

  • Counted from the day you ask. Not from when you stopped logging in, and not from when you set your membership not to renew. The sooner you ask, the more is left.
  • Your access ends when you accept. The refund and the remaining weeks are the same thing — you get one or the other.
  • Prefer to keep the time? Turn off auto-renewal from Manage membership instead. You keep access to the end of your paid period and nothing more is ever charged.
  • How long you've been a member doesn't change the math. Same formula for a first-year member and a five-year member.

How to request a refund

Open Manage membership in your account. The refund option is always right there — never buried. You'll see exactly what applies to you: a full refund inside the window, or the unused-time amount after it, before you confirm anything. You can also start a request anytime through Support.

When your request qualifies for an automatic refund, it's processed immediately — we send you an email confirmation and adjust your access right away.

Two clocks, kept honest

  • Your full-refund window is 10 days. That's our promise, and it's the one thing you need to watch. After it, the unused-time refund above is always available.
  • Settlement takes 5–7 business days. Once we issue the refund, that's how long your bank and card network take to show it on your statement. That part isn't ours to speed up — but the refund is already on its way.

One fair-use check

Automatic refunds are for changing your mind, not for consuming the library and then asking for your money back. If you've unlocked more than 3 workouts since your charge, your request goes to a person for a quick look rather than processing automatically — we'll still make it right, it just isn't instant. The automatic path is available once per account.

If the charge was our mistake

A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a card billed when it shouldn't have been gets a full refund no matter how much time has passed. Tell us and we'll put it right.

CME purchases

Because CME has real value the moment it's claimed, we can't refund a CME purchase after CME has been claimed, or more than 8 days after purchase — whichever comes first. Once CME has been claimed on a membership, that membership term isn't refundable either.

Renewals

Annual renewals get the same 10-day full-refund window as a new purchase, and the unused-time refund after it. We also remind you 30 days and 7 days before any renewal, with a one-click way to not renew — so you're never surprised by a charge in the first place.

Not sure a refund is what you want?

From Manage membership you can also pause your membership (freeze your unused time and pick it back up later), switch plans, or simply turn off auto-renewal and keep your access to the end of the period. These are options, never obstacles — the refund button stays right where you can see it.

Group & institutional accounts

Refunds on group or invoiced accounts are handled through your group leader and applied as an invoice credit rather than a card refund, with seats adjusted accordingly. Contact support and we'll take care of it.

Questions about a specific charge? Reach us anytime through Support — a real person will help.
