A 47-year-old male presents to the emergency department with acute chest and back pain. The following ECG is obtained, and concerning for diffuse ST segment elevation:

    1. What are the established diagnostic criteria for acute pericarditis?
    2. Are there ECG findings that indicate a large STEMI as opposed to acute pericarditis?
    3. What life-threatening complications can occur if ACS is misdiagnosed as pericarditis (or vice versa)?
