HPI
HPI: A 64-year-old male is recovering from chest trauma s/p motor vehicle accident in the SICU and was doing well until he acutely becomes lightheaded and short of breath in the middle of the night. He is found to be cool, pale, and diaphoretic. SBP in the 90s, HR 140, RR 30, SpO2 80% (RA). Stat CXR is unchanged, and the following ECG is obtained:
