HPI
A 55-year-old man presents to the ED with intermittent chest pain. He describes transient burning sensation that comes on only after eating. His pain does not radiate, and is not associated with dyspnea, nausea, or diaphoresis. He had an episode today after eating a cheeseburger that brought him to the ED. His primary care physician has prescribed a PPI that he has yet to fill. His symptoms have resolved at time of physical exam. The following ECG was obtained:
