HPI
HPI: A 64-year-old man with PMHx of HTN & GERD presents to the ED with chest tightness that radiates to both shoulders and is associated with diaphoresis. He denies associated vomiting or aggravation of pain with exertion. He had a normal stress test 2 months ago. The following ECG is obtained:
