HPI
HPI: An 86-year-old man presents with substernal chest pressure associated with diaphoresis and vomiting. He is found to have an inferior STEMI and is given thrombolytics because a cath lab was not available. On reassessment he has improved but is found to have become tachycardic with a change in rhythm. The following ECG is obtained:
