    1. How is STEMI diagnosed?
    2. How do we correctly measure ST-segment elevation or depression on an ECG?
    3. How much ST elevation is needed in leads V2 & V3 for this patient to meet criteria?
    4. Does this ECG meet criteria and would you activate the cath lab?
