Hi Amal, great case this week. I had a question. There is an algorithm that has been posted on the ecg-quiz.com website in reference to LVH vs STEMI. The algorithm was taken from the Armstrong et al study in 2012 and noted to have equal sensitivity and greater specificity (91 vs 58) than the regular classic STEMI criterion. I guess my question is two fold: Do you know if there are any more validation studies using this criterion and would you use this criterion to guide your current practice? Thanks for your time.
