A 32-year-old woman presents to the emergency department with gradually worsening chest pain throughout the day. She has no significant medical history and no known cardiac risk factors. She reports frequent marijuana use but denies tobacco use, alcohol consumption, or any other illicit drug use. The following ECG is obtained:

    1. Can young patients without known cardiac risk factors have STEMI?
    2. Would you activate the cath lab on this patient?
    3. Is habitual marijuana use associated with increased risk of MI?
