A 26-year-old woman presents to the ED after 2 episodes of lightheadedness and near syncope that lasted 30-60 seconds each. She is now asymptomatic with normal vital signs and a normal physical exam. The following ECG is obtained:

Before watching the video, look closely at this ECG and ask yourself:

    1. What ECG abnormalities are you looking for in patients who present with syncope?
    2. What are your differentials for the T wave inversions seen?
    3. What is the most likely diagnosis?
