An 88-year-old man is brought into the ED with lightheadedness and palpitations.  The following ECG is obtained: 

Before watching the video, look closely at this ECG and ask yourself:

  1. What is the heart rate and rhythm?
  2. What is your full ECG interpretation and differential diagnosis?
  3. Would you expect this patient to eventually need permanent pacemaker placement?
