A 72-year-old woman is brought to the emergency department by EMS with acute chest pain and shortness of breath. The following ECG is obtained on arrival:

Before watching the video, look closely at this ECG and ask yourself:

  1. Do you see ECG evidence of acute ischemia?
  2. What is the significance of the hyperacute T waves seen in the high lateral leads?
  3. Would you activate the cath lab?
