A 58-year-old man presents to the emergency department after an episode of syncope.  The following ECG is obtained on arrival and interpreted as “sinus bradycardia”:

Before watching this week’s workout, closely examine the ECG and ask yourself:

    1. Are there any concerning T wave abnormalities?
    2. What is your interpretation of the rhythm?
    3. Does this rhythm necessitate permanent pacemaker placement?
